Tries to establish a connection with a CereStim 96 device that has been selected using setDevice(UINT32).

Parameters

[in]	stimInterface	The type of interface that the object should try and connect over
[in]	params	A void pointer to either an initialized BUsbParams structure or initialized BRs232Params structure

Returns

a BResult status, either hardware or software error
